Finest African Roots Rockin' Reggae Band is getting ready to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

And as it always the case is, if this band has any reason for celebration, it celebrates with its audience: Vitamin X will be starting their anniversary tour exactly 25 years after their first show in Hamburg, and that is on the 2nd of April in 2006.

Vitamin X has over the years been very successful with their colourful shows filled with energy and good vibrations, for which they are loved. "The band succeeded in remaining musically trendy." (cited by a well-known music-promoter). Besides their own compositions they play Marley-Songs. The promoter of a big world beat-festival quoted: "Close your eyes - and there is Bob, the best Marley cover I've ever heard.”

Vitamin X is one of the first African Roots- Reggae-Bands to reside in Germany. From the beginning audience became fans. And fans expanded into big family.
